At an interval you specify, Dimension 4 connects to one of these Internet Time Servers, which you get to choose from an exhaustive list built direclty into Dimension 4.
The Time Server then sends the correct time back to your computer, where Dimension 4 uses sophisticated algorithms to correctly adjust your computer's clock to with-in a few milliseconds of the real time.
The W32tool, with /resync argument, triggers a clock sync, provided the Windows Time service is running.
After that the time service will not do anything -- or run at all -- until the Task Scheduler starts it again.
The second action makes the actual time sync happen.
Set the first action to start a program, which is %windir%\system32\with arguments start w32time task_started Set the second action to start a program, which is %windir%\system32\w32with argument /resync Turn off the setting which makes the task only run on AC power.

Set the task to start only if a network connection is available.
